It remains a force in the reality TV world. Shark Tank is set for yet another run, with season 16 looming. Unfortunately for fans, it looks like Mark Cuban won't be continuing past season 16. Wanting to spend more family time, it seems like Mark's run is coming to an end.
Fans have always appreciated Cuban's honesty. That holds true in regard to the former President of the United States, Donald Trump. Almost a decade ago, Cuban explained why he changed his opinion on Trump. We are going to recap his interview with Stephen Colbert, while also putting the spotlight on Barbara Corcoran's comments. It would appear as though Barbara and Mark have completely different opinions of Trump, especially in terms of his business approach.

Mark Cuban Dumped On Donald Trump With Stephen Colbert, While Barbara Corcoran Called Him The Best Salesman
Opinions clearly vary among the sharks of Shark Tank when it comes to Donald Trump. Eight years ago, Mark Cuban took a public stance against Donald Trump. The summer prior, Couban had actually supported Trump as a candidate, given that Trump could have shaken things up. However, a year later, Cuban revealed he made a big mistake and joined the "NeverTrump" movement.
Barbara Corcoran has the lowest net worth among the Shark Tank cast, valued at $100 million.
Cuban told Colbert during their interview, "At the begining he was a business person. I wanted to see a change from traditional politicians. And then, he went and opened his mouth. He doesn't do the work, he's lazy."
Cuban then joked that the billionaire club voted Trump out, and changed the secret handshake. Cuban added that he doesn't care if Trump is a billionaire, while also questioning Donald's debts that he accumulated over the years.

Season 16 of Shark Tank will be Mark Cuban's last.
On the flip side, it would seem as though Barbara Corcoran was discussing a completely different person when asked about Donald Trump. Corcoran called Trump the best salesman she ever met. Of course, the statement was met with lots of controversy back in 2018. Though Barbara did have experiences with Trump to back up her statement.
"I did a lot of work with Donald. And I can tell you, he is the best salesman I’ve ever met in my life,” she said.
Corcoran added an example of Trump's historic Plaza Hotel deal.
“I watched him totally not pitch about the hotel but talked about the land masses and the Hudson River and all the buildings that would be there,” she recalled. “They [the buyers] were not the least bit interested; they just wanted to buy the Plaza Hotel. I watched him and thought he was so off. But he wasn’t. In the end, they bought the land and built all those towers on the west bank of the Hudson River that we know today.”
Corcoran truly believes that Trump's sales tactics help him win the elections. “He is a genius at picking out the vulnerability in someone’s personality. He can smell it, sense it and trust it,” Corcoran said. “If you’d walk into a business meeting with Donald and you are saying whatever you are saying—and I’ve seen this time and time again—he could see what your weakness is and play into it. Not the nicest thing in the world, but it’s certainly a gift I’ve never seen in anyone else.” “That was exactly what he did in the election. He could sell anything. And he did."
The opinions truly couldn't be any different between the two. Still, Cuban and Corcoran maintain an amicable relationship, despite the difference in opinions.
A beef on X between fellow sharks Kevin O'Leary and Mark Cuban? That's exactly what took place recently, as O'Leary's political views caused quite a stir. From a financial standpoint, O'Leary isn't quite sure about Kamala Harris leading the way as President.

Jon Hamm was quick to leave the SNL afterparty after meeting Donald Trump.
He said, "Even the most bearish economists right now don't see more than a 50/50 [recession] chance. So I'm still in the soft landing camp. But, policy is now becoming a risk with investors."
Kevin O'Leary is doing the majority of his interviews with Fox News.
O'Leary added, “For me as an investor, ... all I care about is how’s it going to work in Michigan, how’s it going to work in Pennsylvania, what’s going to happen in Iowa. You can make a mistake when you vote and get it wrong, I lose $50 million.”

In response to O'Leary's thoughts on Fox News, Cuban wrote on X:
"You should take this interview out behind the barn."
It seems like O'Leary's demise with Mark Cuban continues on...
In the recent times, O'Leary also discussed the Trump assassination attempt. Kevin discussed the importance of Elon Musk and others supporting the former President. “I was about a mile offshore, and my phone was exploding with notifications,” he said. “It was horrific, and I think it’s changed the election cycle forever. There’s two sets of endorsem*nts. One is talking about how assassination attempts are just un-American in every way, and that’s what many CEOs and business leaders did."
With season 16 of Shark Tank looming and given that it is set to be Mark Cuban's last, it'll be interesting to see if the dynamic has changed between the sharks.
